CIRE Owners Summit 2026

For the first time, Portugal hosted the annual Christie’s International Real Estate Owners Conference, welcoming luxury real estate leaders from more than 50 countries. Held in Lisbon from 21 to 24 June 2026, the event brought together owners, executives and industry experts from across the prestigious Christie’s International Real Estate network.

Representing Benedetti x Christie’s International Real Estate, Alexander Benedetti and Sabine Benedetti attended the conference, joining colleagues from key international markets including the United States, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Dubai, Germany, Italy, China and Switzerland.

The main conference sessions took place on 22 and 23 June at the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon. Over two days, participants exchanged ideas through keynote presentations, panel discussions and strategic workshops, focusing on the most significant trends shaping the global luxury real estate market.

Among the key topics was the growing impact of Artificial Intelligence on the industry. Discussions explored how AI is transforming areas such as market analysis, buyer behaviour, marketing strategies, lead qualification and personalised client experiences. As luxury real estate continues to evolve, technology was highlighted as an essential driver of innovation, efficiency and exceptional client service.
