This magnificent villa is located on a rock in the noble part of Positano, in the historic 18th century district of Li Parlati, and can be reached on foot via an old path with 118 steps. The view opens onto a succession of hills that gently blend into the sea, creating a magical play of colors of green, blue and grey, accentuated on the horizon by the Faraglioni of Capri. The property is located just fifteen minutes from the Piazzetta dei Mulini in Positano, where parking is available. In addition, the villa now has two private parking spaces - extremely practical and a rarity on the Amalfi Coast.

A few steps lead through the main gate to the spacious terraced garden with a beautiful pergola. From there you can reach the relaxation area with whirlpool and small fitness room as well as the upper floor of the villa. Here you will find the entrance area, the large kitchen with dining room and a beautiful living room with an 18th century fireplace, which opens onto the spacious panoramic terrace. This floor is completed by a bedroom with its own bathroom.

A staircase next to the living room leads to an intermediate terrace (first basement level), which overlooks a suite with bedroom, lounge and en-suite bathroom. Inside the rock, accessible either via an internal staircase from the kitchen or via an external staircase from the terrace above, there are two storage rooms that serve the villa.

Further down you reach the second basement, where on one side there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (accessible via the first basement) and on the other side there is another bedroom with its own bathroom and veranda (directly accessible from the first floor).

In the main area of the third basement floor, which is also divided into two unconnected areas, there is an independent annexe with entrance area, large central lounge and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The other area of this floor is occupied by a small terrace with access to several storage rooms.

On the lowest level (fourth basement) is the beautiful pool area with changing rooms, jacuzzi, summer kitchen and barbecue area. At the opposite end of the large terrace is the last bedroom - very spacious and cozy - with its own bathroom and small private terrace.

All eight bedrooms have their own bathroom and various amenities such as air conditioning, VCR/DVD player, satellite TV, minibar, direct dial telephone and Internet connection. The gardens that adorn the terraces of the villa are decorated with colorful flowers and fragrant plants that give the property beautiful colors in spring and summer.
